Qualified Educator – Cert III & Diploma

Evolve Early Learning & Kindergarten – Grovedale, Victoria Evolve Early Learning & Kindergarten is looking for passionate and dedicated Certificate III and Diploma Qualified Educators to join our growing team in Grovedale.

About the Role

As an Educator at Evolve, you will:

- Provide high-quality, play-based learning experiences that support each child's development and interests.
- Create a safe, inclusive and engaging environment that encourages curiosity, creativity and exploration.
- Build strong, respectful relationships with children, families and colleagues.
- Support children's individual needs, wellbeing and learning.
- Observe, document and contribute to children's learning and development.
- Contribute to curriculum planning and the ongoing improvement of our programs and practices.
- Work collaboratively as part of a professional and supportive team.

About You

We are looking for educators who:
- Hold a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
- Have experience working in an early learning environment.
- Have a strong understanding of the EYLF and NQS.




- Are passionate about providing high-quality care and education.
- Build positive and respectful relationships with children, families and colleagues.
- Have excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Are nurturing, reliable, enthusiastic and committed to children's learning and wellbeing.
- Are willing to contribute positively to our centre culture and team environment.

Essential Requirements

- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
- Current Working with Children Check.
- A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their development.
