We’re seeking an exceptional Strategic Change Director to lead the change, communications and cultural agenda across a major regulatory transformation program.

This is a critical and highly visible leadership role, with significant exposure to senior executives and key decision-makers across the organisation.

You’ll have a genuine opportunity to shape the direction of the program, influence enterprise-wide outcomes and make a lasting mark on the organisation.

The Role:

- Lead the program's change and communications strategy.
- Embed cultural, behavioural and business change.
- Lead remediation, readiness and change impact activities.
- Translate complex objectives into clear, compelling messaging.
- Establish change governance , frameworks and success measures.
- Identify and mitigate change risks and barriers.

About You:

- 15+ years’ leading complex transformational change.




- Robust background in cultural and behavioural change
- Experience operating in complex, high-profile environments.
- Strong OCM methodology and change leadership experience.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Strategic thinker who is equally comfortable being hands on
- Regulatory experience would be well regarded
