We’re scouting for a Chef de Partie who will be the go to all-star player, to own their section and serve up crowd pleasers.
Key Plays:
- Take control of your section and ensure standards are high
- Support the BOH team and show your team spirit
- Support the Head Coach with kitchen operations
What you’ll bring:
- Experience in a quick-paced kitchen (preferably in a pub or restaurant)
- A team player’s mindset with leadership potential
- Solid kitchen know-how and an eye for excellence under pressure
- Resilience and hustle during peak hours—you thrive in the heat
- Cert III or IV in Commercial Cookery
