Reporting to the Facility Manager at Rowville Manor, you will supervise a team of Food Service Assistants to provide fresh, high-quality meals for residents, including catering for special dietary requirements. You will ensure that the kitchen is clean, safe food handling practices are followed and all meals are nutritious and well presented. Casual position available.

Essential Requirements
- Experience as a Chef Manager in aged care
- Knowledge and understanding of WH&S; and food safety legislation
- HLTFSE001 'Follow basic food safety practices'
- HLTFSE005 'Apply and monitor food safety requirements'
- HLTFSE007 'Oversee the day to day implementation of food safety in the workplace'
- Current and valid police check
- Vaccination certificate
