About the Role

We are seeking a Certificate III qualified Educator (or working towards) who is passionate about early childhood education and eager to contribute to a nurturing, joyful, and supportive environment. You’ll be working with children aged 2–5, building strong relationships with families, and collaborating with a dedicated team who truly love what they do.

The Trainee position involves studying a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care whilst learning on the job to provide quality education and care. This is a great opportunity for someone with no previous child care qualifications, who is genuinely interested in children to experience the child care industry with supportive team members. Completion of some subjects towards a Certificate III will be accepted.





What You’ll Bring - Certificate III:

- Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care or working towards this qualification
- Current First Aid qualification
- Foundations of Child Safety Training, Certificate of completion

What You’ll Bring - Certificate III & Trainee:

- A commitment to child safety
- An understanding of mandatory reporting obligations
- A warm, positive, attitude
- Reliability, honesty, enthusiasm, and motivation
- Confidence communicating with children, families, and colleagues
- Ability to work shifts between the hours of 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday
- Be over 18 years of age
- An Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
