About the role

Civil Grader Operators are required to join North West Mining & Civil's Rail Division for an expanding pipeline of rail civil works across the Pilbara region. This is an opportunity to join a growing team delivering rail civil projects, gain valuable industry experience, and be part of something new from the ground up.

Key responsibilities

- Undertake civil and earthmoving activities for the construction and maintenance of railway formations, drainage and culverts
- Clear corridors and construct access roads, ramps, laydown areas and general clearing works
- Conduct final trim with GPS
- Perform routine equipment checks
- Maintain a high standard of machine operation
- Support the wider site team to ensure project milestones are achieved safely, efficiently, and on schedule
- Operate new John Deere 670GP and 772GP Graders

About you

- GPS Experience (Essential)
- Drivers Licence (HR or above)
- Nationally and current accredited tickets
- Construction Industry White Card
- Proven rail formation and ballast experience is highly desired
- Willingness to complete a pre-employment medical and DAS
- Police Check (within 6 months)
- Australian working rights
