About you:

- Proven experience as a Foreman or Site Supervisor in civil construction, ideally across subdivision and/or road projects
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to run crews and subcontractors on site
- Solid understanding of civil construction methods, programming and WHS compliance
- A team player who thrives in a growing, hands-on business
