- Assist clients with troubleshooting and minor hearing aid repairs.
- Monitor and manage clinic stock levels.
- Support the smooth and efficient running of the clinic through accurate administration and record management.
- Handle banking procedures and petty cash.
- Complete month-end reporting and administrative tasks.
About You: You enjoy helping people and take pride in providing exceptional service. You are organised, proactive and thrive in a busy environment where you can build positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
You’ll bring
- A friendly and qualified approach to customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Confidence using computer systems and learning new technology.
- The ability to manage competing priorities and work independently.
- Previous experience in a similar environment is advantageous, though not essential as full training is provided.
What we offer:
- An attractive remuneration package with greater take home pay through salary sacrifice.
- Birthday Leave – enjoy a day off to celebrate your special day!
- Two days of Wellness Leave each year.
- Comprehensive employee wellbeing program, including access to our Employee Assistance Program and wellbeing webinars.
- Access to discounted private health insurance.
- Corporate Discount Program.
- Ongoing training and support to help you succeed in your role.
- The opportunity to be part of an organisation committed to excellence and innovation whilst making a positive impact in the community.
Every day you’ll help people reconnect with the sounds and conversations that matter most! If you’re passionate about helping others, delivering exceptional customer service and being part of a supportive team, we’d love to hear from you.
