About the role:

- Support revenue delivery across agency, independent agency and direct client portfolios through proactive sales and pipeline activity.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through responsive account servicing, research and follow-up.
- Prepare high-quality responses to client briefs and identify proactive commercial opportunities.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts, pipeline tracking and weekly activity reporting.
- Coordinate campaign delivery across internal teams, supporting reporting and performance reviews.
- Work across ARN’s total audio offering, including broadcast, streaming, podcasts and integrated campaigns.
- Contribute to sales meetings, training and team development, while providing broader office and coordination support when required.

About you:

- Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a proactive and accountable approach.
- Ability to work effectively in a structured, fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Understanding of the media and agency landscape,



supported by relevant qualifications or experience in media, sales, or administration
