Smile Time Orthodontics is an established specialist orthodontic practice with clinics in Fremantle, Cottesloe, Mt Hawthorn, Mindarie, and regionally in the southwest town of Dunsborough. With over 20 years of experience treating the children, families and adults of Western Australia, we pride ourselves on being a caring and dynamic, patient focused team, specialising in the latest orthodontic treatments and providing beautiful smiles to our patients.
About the role
As the Clinical Coordinator, you will play an important role in the smooth day-to day running of our clinical operations and the delivery of our well known exceptional patient care to our communities.
Key responsibilities
- Liaising with respective practice managers to assist their clinical operations and staffing
- Supporting and implementing clinical processes, systems and practice standards
- Contributing to a positive, skilled and team-focused workplace culture
- Assist with Staff management, onboarding of new team members and the training and development of clinical staff
- Manage stock ordering, usage and distribution
About you We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience in orthodontic, dental or medical healthcare field
- Enjoys working collaboratively as part of a close-knit team
- Has a warm, friendly and professional manner
- Is comfortable learning new systems and taking ownership of responsibilities
- Has robust leadership skills
- Is passionate about our team, our ability to deliver exceptional services and our drive to continue to evolve and develop as Smile Time Orthodontics
