About the Role

Duties

- Monitor the Club Lounge to ensure seating availability, guest safety, wellbeing, and exceptional service standards.
- Welcome and assist guests, anticipate service needs, respond to enquiries, and provide skilled and memorable guest experience.
- Prepare and serve hot, cold,



and alcoholic beverages in accordance with company standards and responsible service requirements.
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the bar, lounge area, equipment, tables, glassware, and utensils.
- Manage stock levels of beverages, ice, glassware, and supplies, ensuring timely replenishment and secure storage of inventory.
- Complete opening and closing procedures, document relevant information, coordinate supply requisitions, and communicate operational or guest requirements to the kitchen and leadership team.

Skills & Experience

- Responsible Service of Alcohol from Nationally Accredited Training provider (RSA)
- I’m Alert Food Safety Certification (from City of Perth)
- Experience working in customer service role preferable
- Passion for customer service
- Unrestricted working rights for Australia
