The Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated cocktail bartender to join our front-of-house team. You will be involved with delivering a world-class bar program in a fast-paced, friendly and encouraging environment.

- 25-35h available for the right candidate

Key Selection Criteria

- Previous experience working in a busy bar environment
- This role will require waiting tables
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster including some evenings and weekends.
- A passion for drinks and cocktails
- Classic cocktail knowledge
- An ability to make well-presented drinks to a high standard at a fast pace
- Delivery of friendly and knowledgeable service
- Experience in coffee making preferred
- Excellent communication skills.
- Exceptional grooming standards.
- A valid NSW RSA Certificate.
- All employees will be required to undergo a police check as part of the onboarding process

About WOODCUT Located in prime position on Sydney harbour, Woodcut provides Sydneysiders with a unique bar and dining experience that celebrates Australian produce and cooking with wood, charcoal and steam.

The dining room at Woodcut is anchored by four open kitchens, each centered on their own cooking method and three with their own Kitchen Counter seats where guests have a front-row seat to “the show”. Woodcut can seat up to 260 guests and has two Private Dining Rooms, an extensive outdoor terrace with stunning harbour views as well as Hickory Bar which can accommodate 80 guests.
