Reporting to the General Manager Planning and Development, you will lead complex commercial negotiations, develop business cases, and deliver high-value projects that support the long-term growth of Tasmania's key port assets.

We are seeking a commercially astute professional with experience in commercial development, infrastructure, property, ports, maritime, or related industries. You will bring robust financial and analytical capability, excellent stakeholder engagement skills, and a proven ability to negotiate and deliver complex commercial outcomes.
