We supply, install, service and maintain commercial kitchen and laundry equipment for customers across hospitality, health, aged care, education, accommodation and other commercial industries.

We are seeking an experienced Kitchen Equipment Sales and Projects Executive to develop recent business, manage customer relationships and coordinate commercial kitchen equipment projects from initial enquiry through to installation and handover. You will be supported by the operations team to deliver projects and installations and collaborate with our service department to maximise the customer journey.

Key responsibilities

- Develop new sales opportunities and maintain strong customer and industry relationships
- Assess customer needs and recommend practical commercial kitchen equipment solutions
- Prepare quotations, tenders, equipment schedules and project costings
- Review kitchen layouts, plans, specifications and equipment service requirements
- Oversee procurement, delivery, installation, commissioning and project handover
- Manage project budgets, margins, variations,



timelines and customer expectations
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and provide reliable forecasts
- Work closely with customers, builders, consultants, suppliers, technicians and installers

About you

- Experience in commercial kitchen equipment, hospitality equipment, food service projects, construction sales or a related industry
- Strong consultative sales and relationship management skills
- Experience preparing quotations, tenders and project costings
- The ability to interpret plans, kitchen layouts and equipment schedules
- Strong commercial judgement and an understanding of margins and profitability
- Excellent organisation, communication and project coordination skills
- A practical, customer focused and solutions driven approach
- A current Australian drivers licence
- Knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment brands, building services, AutoCAD or kitchen design software will be highly regarded
