Our company is a successful corporate property company located in the CBD.
We require a confident and hardworking Commercial Property Manager to work alongside our very experienced commercial management team. You will be working autonomously to manage a mix of office, industrial and retail properties within the metropolitan area. The role would suit an experienced commercial PM although we will consider an experienced real estate professional who is looking for a career change.
The successful applicant will be:
- Confident, professional and corporately presented
- Experience in Real Estate
- Organised with a high standard of administrative capabilities
- Reliable and responsible
- Capable of working well under pressure
Duties will include:
- All aspects of Commercial Property Management
- Administer lease contracts and renewals
- Manage communication and service delivery to owners and tenants
- Rent collection, reviews and renewals
- Monthly reporting to owners/tenants and Head of Department
- Ensuring appropriate inspections are undertaken and all maintenance successfully completed
