- Coordinate the ordering and supply of central partner physical assets including Club and A-Leagues media backdrops, ball plinths, trophy plinths, tunnel branding, and other signage as required for the regular seasons, the Finals Series, and any other centralised events.
- Uphold standards of commercial asset delivery across League and Club events and match days,
ensuring all central partner commercial rights are delivered to an acceptable minimum standard.
- Support the coordination, planning, and at times delivery, of central partner brand activations and ‘money can’t buy experiences’, working with Partner Managers, partners and their agencies, and Clubs, to ensure a high quality and safe delivery of experiential contractual rights.
- Facilitate the provision of central partner ticket and hospitality requests, working with Partner Managers to ensure requests are submitted, and with Clubs to ensure tickets are received and delivered, in a timely manner.
- Build strong and productive relationships with Club representatives in key departments (including Commercial, Events, Ticketing and Membership, and Operations), through open and consistent communication, collaboration and proactive engagement.
- Provide consistent support to Partner Managers for the planning and delivery of central partner contractual rights.
- Support the Commercial and Events teams to deliver partners contractual rights at all centralised events, including the Finals Series, Commercial Content Day, and any other centralised events that may arise.
- Provide assistance to the wider A-Leagues Commercial team when required, as instructed by the Senior Commercial Integration Manager.
Our Values:
- EVERY FAN IN MIND – We respect the privilege and responsibility that comes with our mission to unite, entertain and grow our game.
- PLAY OUR OWN WAY – In order to get and stay ahead of the game, we create and innovate.
