Our client is a growing national property law and conveyancing firm seeking an experienced South Australian Licensed Conveyancer to join their expanding team.

This is a newly created position offering genuine ownership of your own portfolio, with the support of an experienced national team, dedicated technical and compliance support, and modern technology.

The Role

- Manage your own portfolio of residential, commercial and off-the-plan matters from start to settlement.
- Prepare and review contracts, Form 1 documentation and related conveyancing documents.
- Manage settlements via PEXA.
- Build strong relationships with clients, agents, brokers, lenders and solicitors.
- Manage a busy but achievable caseload with paralegal and administrative support.

About You

- Current South Australian Conveyancing License / Practicing Certificate.
- Min. 2 years' experience independently managing conveyancing files.
- Strong knowledge of South Australian property legislation and conveyancing processes.




- Residential conveyancing experience essential; commercial and/or off-the-plan experience highly regarded.
- Confident using PEXA; triConvey experience advantageous.
- Excellent communication, organisation and attention to detail.
- A proactive approach with the confidence to take ownership of your files.
