A well-established, not-for-profit aged care provider in South West Sydney is seeking an experienced Care Manager to join the leadership team at a modern 100+ bed home. This organisation has a strong reputation for supporting staff career development and a genuinely positive team culture.

- Starting at $130k + super, open to negotiation for a very strong candidate
- Permanent full-time, Monday to Friday
- Supported structure — reporting to the Facility Manager, with a fellow Care Manager, Clinical Care Coordinator and RN team around you

The Opportunity / Main Duties
- Assist the Facility Manager in operational direction and achieving company goals
- Act as clinical consultant for personal and health/clinical care matters
- Ensure Health and Personal Care Standards are maintained across the home
- Support the Facility Manager in ensuring staff adherence to company policies and procedures across all areas of service delivery
What We're Looking For
- Current registration with AHPRA (Division 1)
- Minimum 3 years' Care Management experience
- Valuable understanding of the AN-ACC funding instrument
- IPC Lead experience well regarded
- Certificate/Diploma in Gerontology, Aged Care or Management preferred
