About the Role:
- Provide strong case management, coaching, and tailored support to injured jobseekers
- Mentor and guide clients through pre-vocational training, work skills development, and job matching
- Forge effective, long-term partnerships with employers, businesses, and community stakeholders
- Lead by example with a proactive, solution-oriented approach to daily challenges
- Contribute to building a high-performing, supportive, and people-focused team

What You Will Need:
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Strong report writing skills
- Positive, proactive, and can-do attitude
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise tasks and work within the timeframe
- Backgrounds in recruitment, customer service, hospitality, business development, or administration are highly regarded
