Start (or grow) your Speech Pathology career in a clinic that genuinely supports you!

If you’re a new graduate looking for strong supervision, a gradual caseload build, and a warm multidisciplinary team, this is the kind of role that builds confidence quickly.

Two clinic locations available: Liverpool or Hurstville

Recent graduates as well as early career clinicians are encouraged to apply!

Why you will love working here

- Competitive salary: $80,000 + super (new grads) plus bonus incentives up to $5,000
- Flexible work arrangements: full-time or part-time options with hybrid flexibility, including one work-from-home day per week (role dependent)
- Outstanding facilities: modern clinic with 12 consultation rooms, a recent sensory gym, and a group therapy room
- Manageable caseloads: steady caseload increase as you build confidence and capability, with clear expectations and support to get you there
- Collaborative environment: work alongside a team of Speech Pathologists and Occupational Therapists
- Local travel only: typically 10–15 minutes from the clinic, planned efficiently
- Bigger group support without losing the small-clinic feel: you’ll keep the close team culture and day-to-day clinic identity, while benefiting from stronger back-end systems and compliance support (e.g., policies, audits and operational processes), plus broader internal career pathways and cross-progression opportunities
- Service recognition and benefits: existing service time is recognised for access to enhanced benefits as they become available (e.g., improved parental leave)

Structured supervision and learning:

- Weekly 1:1 supervision with a Speech Pathologist Team Leader
- Fortnightly peer support
- Regular team meetings and training
- Two-week induction with a gradual client build (no “sink or swim”)
- Professional development: up to $5,000 annual PD allowance

About the role

You will work with a diverse NDIS and private caseload, supported by a strong MDT and explicit clinical systems.

Caseload options:

- Paediatric-only, or Mixed ages (approximately 70% paediatrics / 30% adults; not a full adult caseload)
- Services include: Speech, fluency, literacy skills, voice, social skills, feeding and swallowing, and group programs.
- Hybrid working is available across clinic/community/telehealth, with flexibility depending on your caseload and interests.

Team culture and support

- This is a close, connected team that places a strong focus on culture and shared success.
- Fortnightly peer support and staff meetings
- Team bonding days every school holidays (lunch, activities and games)
