About the Role
An opportunity is available for Graduate through to Senior Speech Pathologists to join a collaborative allied health team supporting children aged 0 to 12 years.
You will work across a combination of clinic and community settings, providing evidence-based assessment and intervention to support children's communication, confidence and participation.
You will work closely with families and other allied health professionals to provide family-centred care and achieve meaningful outcomes for children.
The organisation offers genuine flexibility around how your working week is structured, with both full-time and part-time options available.
For early-career clinicians, there is access to a structured graduate program, paid supervision and ongoing mentoring. More experienced clinicians will also have opportunities to continue developing their clinical skills within a supportive multidisciplinary environment.

What You'll Need
- Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
- Current or eligible Certified Practising Membership with Speech Pathology Australia
- Valid Australian working rights, or eligibility for available sponsorship pathways
- Recent graduates through to experienced Speech Pathologists are encouraged to apply
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Interest in working with children and families within a collaborative paediatric setting
