Duties
- Preventative and reactive maintenance of production machinery
- Diagnose and repair mechanical breakdowns
- Fault find across conveyors, pumps, gearboxes and processing equipment
- Complete scheduled maintenance to minimise downtime
- Assist with machinery upgrades and continuous improvement
- Welding, fabrication and general mechanical maintenance
Skills & experience
- Trade-qualified Mechanical Fitter / Maintenance Fitter
- Food or FMCG manufacturing experience highly regarded
- Strong mechanical fault-finding and repair skills
- Experience with preventative maintenance programs
- Pneumatics, hydraulics, conveyors and rotating equipment
