Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant | 3-Month Contract

We are seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant to join a purpose-driven organisation on an initial 3-month temporary contract.

This role will have a strong focus on proactive candidate sourcing and headhunting, particularly across allied health, with the chance to support recruitment across corporate and disability support positions.

About the role

- Proactively source and headhunt high-quality candidates across LinkedIn Recruiter and Seek Talent Search
- Build and maintain talent pipelines, with a particular focus on allied health professionals
- Partner with hiring managers to understand recruitment requirements and deliver against vacancies
- Support end-to-end recruitment across allied health, corporate and disability support roles
- Provide a high-touch candidate experience from initial approach through to placement

About you




We are looking for a confident Talent Acquisition professional with approximately 3-5 years' recruitment experience, although the key priority is strong hands-on sourcing and headhunting capability.

You will ideally have:

- Proven experience proactively sourcing and headhunting passive candidates
- Strong LinkedIn Recruiter and Seek Talent Search experience
- Previous experience recruiting within allied health, healthcare, disability or a similar environment is highly regarded
- Previous experience using Workday
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- The ability to work autonomously and hit the ground running
