About the role
HNT Therapies is experiencing continued growth and increasing demand, and we’re looking for a motivated and passionate Community Physiotherapist, and Community Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to make a real difference in the community through providing in-home physiotherapy services, with the potential for a hybrid role across home care and residential aged care settings.

Key Responsibilities
- Learn and work with community from different funding packages including but not limited to Support at Home (SaH), TCP, NDIS etc.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop treatment plans, provide education, evaluate the effectiveness of interventions.
- Apply evidence-based practice during assessment, reviews and treatment plan.
- Provide ongoing intervention and reviews.
- Understand the importance and practice multi-disciplinary approach.
- Complete referrals to other health care professionals as appropriate.
- OT - completing personal care assessment/care plans, Home Safety Assessment, Equipment Assessment and trials etc
- Knowledgeable about the Physiotherapy/OT Code of Ethics.
Essential skills
- Registration with AHPRA as a Physiotherapist / OT
- Excellent verbal, written and electronic communication skills
- Flexibility to work across metropolitan Adelaide
- Current police clearance
- Current driver’s license AND registered vehicle
- First Aid certificate AND CPR certificate
- Full working rights in Australia
- Skilled Indemnity Insurance
- NDIS worker screen check (or willing to obtain after joining)
Desirable Skills (but not mandatory)
- Experience in community aged care (Support At Home, TCP, NDIS etc) or similar healthcare settings.
- Experience in residential aged care settings
