Elevate is recruiting a Compliance Analyst for our Compliance OPs team. As a Compliance Analyst, we are looking for creative, innovative a client-focused professional who has creative and innovative ideas to make a difference.

Specifically, The Compliance Analyst Will

- Have strong knowledge of know your customer, third-party due diligence, vendor screening, customer due diligence, enhanced due diligence, anti-money laundering.

- Check compliance programs including conflict of Interest check and gift and entertainment support.

- Working in different compliance functions.

- Work on compliance process improvement experience.

- Manage data and metrics reporting.

Skills For Success

- Are detail-oriented and self-driven.

- Have strong investigation skills.

- Have a low threshold for risk.

- Not afraid to ask questions and are determined to find the answers you need.

- Possess strong problem-solving skills.

- Are comfortable in a quick-paced, rapidly changing work environment.

- Experience creating technical compliance workflows and detailed playbooks.

- Can identify and implement cost-saving measures.

- Able to assist in developing and implementing processes to mitigate risks.

- Able to support new compliance technology implementations.

Technical Skills

- Possesses Excel, Outlook, and smartsheet knowledge.

- Should understand Excel pivot tables, Vlookup, and conditional formatting.

- Has experience in legal workflow technology tools.

Experience

- More than 3 years of experience in various fields of Compliance.

- Working in a growing, fast-paced organization with a dynamic environment

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree.
