Role Description The Construction Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Perth, WA, responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of luxury residential building projects. This role includes planning and scheduling construction activities, coordinating trades and subcontractors, and ensuring work is completed on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.

The Construction

Manager will manage site operations, monitor safety compliance, and resolve day-to-day issues that arise during construction. They will regularly liaise with directors, designers, suppliers, and clients to provide progress updates, clarify requirements, and maintain strong working relationships.



The role also involves reviewing plans and specifications, conducting site inspections, maintaining documentation, and driving continuous improvement in construction processes.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in residential construction management, preferably with luxury or custom homes, including end-to-end project delivery.
- Strong skills in project planning, scheduling, and resource coordination to manage multiple trades and timelines effectively.
- Knowledge of WA building codes, standards, and safety regulations, with a commitment to maintaining a safe and compliant work site.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, engineering reports, and construction specifications accurately.
- Proficiency in using construction management software, digital tools, and basic MS Office for reporting and documentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with directors, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Sound problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with attention to detail and a focus on quality workmanship.
- Relevant qualifications in Construction Management, Building, Engineering, or a related field; trade background or builder registration is highly regarded.
- Proven ability to work in office, manage competing priorities, and maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
