We are seeking an experienced and motivated Construction Project Manager to join our growing team in Sydney. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating and overseeing construction projects from commencement through to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to quality standards.

Salary Range: $78,000 - $85,000 (plus superannuation)

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, coordinate and manage construction projects from initiation to completion
- Develop project schedules, budgets and resource plans
- Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers
- Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Prepare project reports, contracts and documentation
- Manage project risks and resolve construction issues efficiently




- Ensure projects comply with relevant Australian building codes and regulations
- Oversee procurement and site activities to meet project timelines and objectives

Skills and Experience Required

- Bachelor degree qualification in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Building, Project Management or related field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in construction project management (more experience preferred)
- Strong understanding of construction processes, project delivery and WHS requirements
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office applications
