Western Work Force are currently looking for a Construction / Project Manager to work for one of our clients, a well-established civil construction company delivering major projects across Western Australia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the delivery of civil construction projects from commencement through to completion.
- Provide strong leadership to site-based project and construction teams.
- Oversee bulk earthworks, concrete and tailings dam construction activities.
- Manage project planning, programming, budgets, resources and construction methodologies.
- Monitor project performance, productivity, costs, quality and timelines.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, plant and site personnel.
- Review project scopes, drawings, specifications and construction documentation.
- Manage client and stakeholder relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify and manage project risks, variations and commercial opportunities.
- Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with contractual requirements.
- Oversee quality assurance and ensure works meet project specifications and standards.
- Ensure compliance with all WHS, environmental and quality requirements.
- Prepare and review project reporting, forecasts and progress updates.
- Work collaboratively with senior management to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Move between different projects within the business as required.
About You:
- Relevant Civil Engineering or Construction Management qualification.
- Proven experience in a senior Construction/Project Management role within civil construction.
- Robust experience in bulk earthworks, concrete and tailings dam construction.
- Proven ability to manage civil projects from planning through to completion.
- Strong understanding of planning, scheduling, budgets and cost control.
- Ability to manage stakeholders and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong commitment to safety, quality and environmental standards.
What’s on Offer:
- $160,000–$180,000 + Super + Site Uplift (Open to negotiation depending on experience)
- Permanent, full-time position.
- 2:1 FIFO roster from Perth.
- Opportunity to work across multiple projects within the company.
- Immediate start available.
