About the Role
- Support the delivery of real estate and infrastructure advisory projects
- Contribute to feasibility studies, financial modelling and business cases
- Undertake quantitative and qualitative analysis to inform client outcomes
- Assist in preparing high-quality reports, presentations and client deliverables
- Conduct market and industry research
- Support proposals, submissions and project administration
- Collaborate with experienced consultants across multiple projects
About You
- Tertiary qualification in property, economics, finance, planning, engineering, commerce or a related discipline
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A genuine interest in real estate and infrastructure
- Previous experience in consulting, real estate, infrastructure or professional services is advantageous, but not essential
