THE ROLE:

Do you live and breathe menswear fashion?

Is your feed full of global menswear brands, creators, and emerging trends?

Are you excited by AI and always experimenting with new tools and smarter ways to create?

Do you love creating content, know your way around TikTok and Instagram, and have an instinct for what makes someone stop scrolling?

This could be the role for you.

Bared Footwear is looking for a Content Creator & Social Media Coordinator (Men's Footwear), someone who lives across Instagram, TikTok and YouTube, loves getting behind (and in front of) the camera, and can take an idea from concept to shoot, edit and publish.

The Bared Men’s category is in an exciting growth phase, and we’re looking for someone who can help bring our product, brand stories, people, and activations to life across social.

This is a hands-on creative role at the heart of Bared Men’s. You’ll create, shoot, edit, write, schedule and analyse content, while supporting the Men’s Marketing Manager and Head of Brand to develop our social strategy and continuously evolve how Bared Men’s shows up online.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (including but not limited to):

Social Media & Content

- Support the Men’s Marketing Manager and Head of Brand in developing the Bared Men’s social strategy, then take ownership of bringing it to life day-to-day.
- Plan, create, schedule and publish content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and emerging platforms, managing the content WIP from idea through to publish.
- Create and edit engaging, platform-native content — capturing product, styling, people, events, behind-the-scenes moments and reactive social opportunities.
- Be comfortable both behind and in front of the camera, with strong in-platform editing skills and experience using tools such as CapCut.
- Support larger content shoots, working closely with the Creative team on briefs, shot lists and content requirements.
- Stay across platform updates, algorithm shifts, trending formats, sounds and creators, bringing relevant ideas into Bared quickly.
- Identify strong-performing organic content for boosting and paid amplification, and use performance learnings to help inform what we create next.

Copywriting

- Write on-brand copy across social, eDMs, and other Bared Men’s content, consistently applying the Bared tone of voice.
- Write and coordinate weekly eDMs alongside the Men’s Marketing Manager and broader Marketing team.
- Apply SEO, AEO and GEO principles where relevant, balancing discoverability with strong, natural brand copy.
- Support seasonal campaign messaging,

taglines and other brand copy with guidance from the wider Brand, Marketing and Communications teams.

Creator Relations

- Support the Men’s Marketing Manager with creator partnerships, briefs, content WIPs and on-set requirements.
- Help identify and build relationships with emerging creators and talent who feel right for Bared Men’s.
- Bring ideas for creator-led content that feels platform-native, culturally relevant and genuinely on-brand.
- Support creator and influencer activity around key campaigns, events and PR moments.

Menswear & Culture

- Bring a genuine interest in global menswear, fashion, style and culture — from established brands to the creators shaping how menswear shows up online.
- Stay across emerging styling, silhouette, and content trends, translating relevant moments into ideas for Bared.
- Regularly bring inspiration from brands, creators, campaigns, and social executions into the wider team.
- Help ensure Bared content feels connected to menswear culture and relevant to the customer we’re speaking to.

AI & Innovation

- Stay curious and up-to-date with emerging AI, social, and content creation tools.
- Use AI to optimise everyday workflows across ideation, copywriting, editing, research, repurposing and reporting.
- Trial new tools and ways of working that can help us create better content, faster — sharing useful learnings with the wider team.

Insights & Reporting

- Track and report on key social metrics, including follower growth, reach, engagement and content performance.
- Use performance insights to understand what’s resonating and help inform future content and creative.
- Share key learnings with the Men’s Marketing Manager and wider team to support smarter decision-making.

Events & PR

- Support key PR, event and brand moments from a social perspective, helping plan and capture content that brings them to life online.
- Work with the wider Marketing and PR teams to identify social-first opportunities around campaigns, activations and events.
- Attend relevant events and activations to capture timely, engaging content on the ground.

ABOUT YOU:

- A hands-on creative who genuinely loves making content — from coming up with the idea to shooting,

editing and getting it live.
- Social-media obsessed, with a robust instinct for what’s trending, what’s working and what already feels tired.
- Genuinely interested in men’s fashion, style and culture, with a strong awareness of the brands and creators shaping the category.
- Comfortable shooting and editing content yourself, particularly short-form video, with experience using in-platform tools and apps such as CapCut.
- Comfortable in front of the camera as well as behind it.
- A strong writer who can understand and consistently apply a distinct brand tone of voice.
- Curious about AI and excited by how it can make creative workflows smarter, faster and more effective.
- Organised and able to keep a busy content calendar and multiple pieces of work moving at once.
- Comfortable looking at content performance and using the numbers to understand what we should do more (or less) of.
- Proactive and full of ideas, but equally happy to take a brief and execute it brilliantly.
- Collaborative, curious, and excited to contribute to a growing category.

THE BENEFITS:

- A supportive and inclusive work environment.
- Be part of a proud B Corp-certified company committed to doing business better.
- Competitive remuneration and employee discounts.
- Well-being program (EAP, yearly free flu vaccinations, and company-funded paid parental leave).
- Company-run activities, dinners and events.
