ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a motivated Contracts Administrator to join our growing Sydney team and support the successful commercial delivery of our construction projects. Working closely with project teams, you will play a key role in ensuring our projects are delivered efficiently and in line with contractual requirements.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Administer head contract and subcontract agreements, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and project requirements.
- Prepare and submit progress claims, variation claims, and contractual notices in accordance with contract conditions and project timelines.
- Support the commercial management of projects, including cost tracking, financial reporting, and forecasting.
- Assist with the procurement, negotiation, and management of subcontract packages throughout the project life cycle.
- Assess and manage contractual claims, variations, and entitlements, ensuring accurate documentation and commercially sound outcomes.
- Prepare and coordinate head contract deliverables, reports, and supporting project documentation.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with clients, consultants, architects, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Contribute to the smooth commercial delivery of projects by maintaining accurate records, strong attention to detail, and proactive communication across project teams.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of 3+ years’ experience in commercial construction, with strong experience in contract administration.
- A relevant degree (Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or a related construction discipline).
- Sound financial knowledge of construction costs and project financial management.
- Solid understanding of procurement and legal principles related to contracts and construction.
- Ability to take initiative and manage competing priorities.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, especially with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients.
