Commercial & Contracts Manager | Permanent Part-Time | ~22.5 hrs/week

We’re creating a new role at CORE to take ownership of our contracts and commercial management as the business continues to grow.

This is a hands-on role with responsibility across the full commercial lifecycle — reviewing and negotiating consultancy agreements, making sure projects are commercially covered before work progresses, supporting fee variations and entitlements, and managing our insurance renewals and claims.

We’re looking for someone with strong commercial judgement who is comfortable owning the detail, working directly with clients and consultants, bringing dedicated ownership to contracts and commercial risk across the business.

You don’t need to be a lawyer.



Experience working with consultancy agreements in engineering, construction, property or professional services is much more key.

The role is approximately 22.5 hours per week, with flexibility to structure those hours across three to five days, including school hours.

$160,000–$170,000 FTE + super, pro rata. Hybrid working, Sydney CBD.

This could suit someone looking to return to work, move away from a five-day senior role, or simply find a genuinely flexible role without stepping away from meaningful responsibility.
