We are seeking a relief cook/kitchen hand to join our small community team.
You must
- Have a passion for food and cooking
- Be available to work Friday and Saturday evenings with the potential availability to do some prep work during the week
- Have Food Handler Basics certificate but a NSW Food Safety Supervisor Certificate would be desirable
- Have bistro A la carte experience
- Have good attention to detail
- Have good communication skills
- Have valuable understanding of food safety
- Have good understanding of portion control
Role includes:
- Food preparation and cooking
- Kitchen cleaning and sanitizing
- Stock rotation and control
- Working as part of a small team
Award wages paid Job Types: Part-time, Casual, Permanent
Pay: From $34.00 per hour
