ABOUT THE CLIENT... We’re working with an established creative agency in Sydney who are gearing up for a major new business pitch within the Entertainment and Sporting sectors. They need an experienced Copywriter who can jump into the brief quickly, work closely with the Creative Director and develop sharp, engaging copy and campaign ideas that bring the pitch to life.

THE COPYWRITER ROLE...

You’ll join the creative team specifically for a major pitch, working alongside the Creative Director to develop the campaign idea, messaging and copy across the pitch. This is a fast-moving agency environment, so we need someone who can understand a brief quickly, contribute ideas rather than simply execute them, and turn creative concepts into compelling copy.

COPYWRITER ESSENTIAL SKILLS...

- Solid experience as a Copywriter / Senior Copywriter
- Agency background




- Experience working on new business pitches and campaign concepts
- Strong conceptual thinking alongside hands-on copywriting ability
- Able to develop campaign messaging, headlines and supporting copy
- Experience across Entertainment, Sport or consumer-facing brands highly desirable
- Comfortable working collaboratively with Creative Directors and wider creative teams
- Able to work effectively under tight pitch deadlines
- Strong portfolio of previous campaign and creative work
- Available for the kick-off call on 27 August 2026
