We’re partnering with an established and highly regarded financial services business seeking an experienced CSO / CSM to join its Financial Planning team. The Opportunity

Working closely with experienced Financial Advisers and the broader team, you’ll play an important role in managing the day-to-day client service and advice process.

Your responsibilities will include

- Managing adviser and client support across the advice process
- Coordinating client reviews and ongoing service requirements
- Preparing and processing client documentation
- Managing implementation of advice recommendations
- Liaising with platforms, product providers and third parties
- Managing client queries and maintaining strong relationships
- Monitoring workflows and ensuring tasks are completed efficiently
- Maintaining accurate client records and compliance documentation
- Supporting advisers with day-to-day administration
- Assisting with internal processes and operational improvements

About You

We’re looking for someone who ideally has:

- 3–5+ years’ experience within Australian financial planning
- Experience as a CSO, CSM, Adviser Support or similar
- Strong understanding of the financial planning advice and implementation process
- Experience dealing directly with clients, advisers and product providers
- Strong administration, organisation and workflow management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
- A proactive approach and willingness to take ownership
- An interest in developing broader operational and leadership responsibilities
