ABOUT THE ROLE
We have a fantastic permanent full time role for an enthusiastic team player to support our customers with the implementation of Webstercare’s creative products and services while providing exceptional customer service experience.
This support involves remote and onsite support to our Pharmacy customers across Australia with a focus on training and support. Intrastate and interstate travel at least once a month will be necessary.
Responsibilities focus on managing and coordinating post-sales activities. This includes handling enquiries and training users to ensure successful change management.
ABOUT YOU
Our ideal candidate has a background in Community Pharmacy with a knowledge of pharmacy processes and ideally with Webster-pak experience.
To be successful, excellent written and verbal communication is essential as is strong customer service values and a can do approach. Problem identification and problem-solving skills are also essential. We will provide full training on our systems to the right candidate who is passionate about making a difference.
This is a Sydney based role (Leichhardt), however travel to our customers is required, therefore willingness to travel and current clean driver’s license is essential. After initial on site training we will offer a hybrid working arrangement. Access to own vehicle preferred, but not essential.
