Job tasks and responsibilities We require strong communication and customer care skills, both written and verbal, along with a keen attention to detail. The ability to accurately enter data while speaking with customers on the phone is crucial for this role. You should be able to manage multiple tasks, use your own initiative when needed,



and have a positive attitude towards teamwork.

Experience working with tradespeople is preferred but not essential, as it will help you understand the culture and environment of our workplace. The position is Monday to Friday, with some Saturday morning work during the summer.

- Previous customer service experience is advantageous.
