We are seeking a full-time Customer Service Officer to provide support to our Berry and Illawarra teams.

- A friendly, people-focused communicator who enjoys helping others.
- Someone who is confident working in a small, close-knit team.
- Customer service or retail experience is ideal. Banking experience is helpful but not essential — we’ll provide full training.
