Join a fast growing American cybersecurity scale-up redefining how organisations validate and strengthen their security posture. We're looking for a relationship-driven Customer Success Manager to help enterprise clients get maximum value from a cutting edge AI Security Validation Platform.

The Role

Own the post-sale relationship for a portfolio of enterprise customers across Australia.

Drive adoption, retention, and expansion by ensuring clients realise measurable value from the platform.

Act as a trusted advisor to CISOs, Security Leaders, and Security Teams, guiding them through their security validation journey.

Partner closely with Qualified Services and Sales Engineering to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term success.

Monitor account health, proactively flag risk, and identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts.





Translate customer feedback into insights that shape product and service improvements.

What You Bring

Experience in a Customer Success, Account Management, or client-facing role, ideally within cybersecurity or enterprise SaaS.

A strong understanding of enterprise security concepts; familiarity with security testing, MITRE ATT&CK;, or similar frameworks is a plus.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage senior security stakeholders.

A genuine interest in cybersecurity and AI-driven security tooling.

Comfort working directly with Enterprise or Public Sector clients in a client-facing capacity.

The position is remote but client-side meetings are a regular part of the role across Australia.
