? The RoleWe are looking for a motivated Data Insights Analyst (Entry / Junior Level) to support data analysis, reporting, dashboard development, and business intelligence activities. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional who enjoys working with data and wants to build practical analytical skills.

? Key Responsibilities

- Collect, organize, clean, and validate business data.
- Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, charts, and data visualizations.
- Support KPI tracking and business performance reporting.
- Perform data-quality checks and investigate discrepancies.
- Use Excel and SQL for data preparation and analysis.
- Assist with Power BI, Tableau, Python, or similar analytics tools.
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support business decisions.
- Translate analytical findings into clear and actionable insights.
- Maintain accurate documentation of data sources and reporting processes.
- Collaborate with Finance,



Operations, Marketing, Sales, and Technology teams.
- Support improvements to reporting and data-analysis workflows.

✅ Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, diploma, or equivalent qualification in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
- Basic understanding of data analysis and business intelligence concepts.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and SQL.
- Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, Python, or similar tools is advantageous.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to explain data findings clearly and logically.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Willingness to learn new analytical tools and techniques.
- Australian work eligibility is required.
