- Strong engineering experience with 10 years applying systems engineering principles in complex environments.
- 5 years' experience in technical leadership, resource planning and engineering management.
- Strong background in systems design, integration, configuration management and engineering governance.
- Engineering or Computer Science degree required.

Lead Systems Engineer | Melbourne A hands-on technical leadership role focused on complex software-intensive systems, architecture, integration and customer-facing engineering delivery.

- Strong experience in systems engineering, systems integration and software-based solutions.
- Strong expertise in Linux, networking, network security, XML and virtualisation technologies.
- Proven experience across requirements' management, system design, integration, testing, verification and validation.
- Ability to lead technical decisions, define architectures and work closely with software and hardware development teams.
- Degree in Software Engineering,

Lead the delivery of complex engineering projects, providing technical leadership while managing multidisciplinary teams and project engineering outcomes.

- Significant experience applying systems engineering principles to complex software and integrated system projects.
- Proven leadership experience managing engineering teams, technical scope, risk and project delivery.
- Strong systems integration expertise with the ability to manage complex technical challenges and stakeholder engagement.
- Experience across systems engineering management plans, testing strategies, safety, human factors, cybersecurity and supportability.
- Engineering or Computer Science degree required.
