Project Delivery Coordinator

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Delivery Coordinator to coordinate commercial furniture projects from order preparation and production through to delivery, installation and completion.

This is a hands-on role for someone organised, proactive and confident managing multiple priorities while keeping clients informed throughout the project.

You will work closely with Sales, Production, Purchasing, Warehouse, Logistics, Installation teams and customers to keep projects on track, resolve issues early and ensure commitments are met.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate projects from order through to delivery and completion.
- Maintain project schedules, milestones, deadlines and follow-up actions.
- Coordinate with internal teams, customers, dealers and external providers.
- Confirm orders are accurate, complete and ready for delivery.
- Coordinate delivery and installation requirements.
- Keep clients informed of progress, delivery dates, changes and potential delays.
- Identify and resolve issues before they impact the customer wherever possible.
- Manage changes,



variations and outstanding actions.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and system updates.
- Support continuous improvement across project delivery processes.

About You

You will be organised, proactive and comfortable taking ownership of projects through to completion. You will also have:

- Strong project coordination and organisational skills.
- Clear and professional communication skills.
- The ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines and priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- A practical, solutions-focused approach to resolving issues.
- Confidence working with clients, suppliers and internal teams.
- Experience using Microsoft Office and ERP or project management systems.

Experience in commercial furniture, manufacturing, logistics, project coordination or a similar environment will be highly regarded.
