About the role
You'll manage a varied private practice caseload focused on hands-on Physiotherapy and active rehabilitation.
Your caseload may include:
- Musculoskeletal injuries
- Sports injuries
- Exercise rehabilitation and strength & conditioning
- Headaches and jaw dysfunction (TMJ)
- DVA and selected NDIS clients
- All private-paying patients with minimal insurance work
Most clinicians comfortably see 12-16 patients per day $$$$.
Mentoring & Development. This clinic is passionate about developing clinicians from the ground up.
You'll receive:
- Regular one-on-one mentoring from experienced senior clinicians
- LOTS of shadowing during your onboarding
- Weekly clinical support and case discussions
- Dry Needling certification provided
- Ongoing guidance in manual therapy techniques
- Gradual caseload build-up with plenty of support

About you
- Bachelor of Physiotherapy
- Current AHPRA registration (or eligible)
- New graduates and experienced Physiotherapists encouraged to apply
- Passion for manual therapy and exercise-based rehabilitation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Committed to delivering outstanding patient care and building long-term relationships
