You’ll work directly with injured workers, employers, insurers and treating professionals to support recovery and sustainable return-to-work outcomes. You’ll have ownership over your caseload and schedule while still having experienced colleagues around you for guidance, collaboration and support.
Whether you already have Occupational Rehabilitation experience or are looking to continue building your expertise within the industry, you’ll be given the resources, professional development and support to progress.

What You’ll Do

- Manage an Occupational Rehabilitation caseload across the Bunbury region
- Support injured workers through tailored recovery and return-to-work programs
- Conduct workplace and rehabilitation assessments
- Develop and implement practical return-to-work and rehabilitation strategies
- Attend case conferences and liaise with treating professionals
- Work closely with employers, insurers and other key stakeholders




- Build positive relationships with clients through a collaborative, solutions-focused approach
- Coordinate rehabilitation plans and monitor progress towards agreed goals
- Manage your own caseload and schedule with genuine flexibility
- Work independently while remaining connected to a supportive regional team
- Deliver services across Workers Compensation, Comcare and non-compensation frameworks

Key Requirements

- Allied health qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy or Exercise Physiology
- Must hold registration with either AHPRA
- A current Australian Driver’s License and unrestricted working rights in Australia
