My client is a growing Occupational Rehabilitation provider with a strong reputation across Workers Compensation and CTP. They’re seeking an experienced Account Manager or Customer Relationship Manager with a background in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Psychology, or another relevant allied health discipline, who’s confident building long-term client partnerships and driving account growth.

You’ll be joining a dynamic, values-led team with a clear vision to keep raising the standard within occupational rehabilitation. About the Role:

- Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts across Workers Compensation and CTP
- Act as the main contact for assigned clients, providing responsive and professional support
- Build trusted relationships with customers to identify needs, opportunities, and referral pathways
- Collaborate with internal rehabilitation teams to support service delivery and resolve issues
- Identify opportunities to introduce additional services through account growth initiatives
- Gather client feedback to improve service quality, retention, and customer satisfaction
- Deliver client presentations, pilots, screenings, and relationship-building initiatives
- Maintain accurate client records, account notes, and stakeholder documentation
- Support complaint and feedback management in a professional and solutions-focused manner




- Positively influence internal teams to ensure customer expectations and case outcomes are achieved

What you will need:

- Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Psychology, or another relevant health profession
- Strong knowledge of Workers Compensation and/or CTP schemes, injury management, and rehabilitation services
- Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
- Current driver's license and comprehensively insured vehicle
