- $85,000 – $130,000 + (inclusive of super, flexible based on experience)

About the Role:
Join a large, established team of 20+ Speech Pathologists within a multidisciplinary setting. You’ll work across a predominantly paediatric caseload (approx. 95%),
with growing opportunities in adult therapy depending on your interests.
Caseloads are flexible — whether you prefer early intervention, school-aged clients, teens, or feeding, the team will tailor this around your strengths. There is also a dedicated feeding clinic set up for clinicians with this interest.
You’ll have the option to work in-clinic, mobile, or a mix, with services delivered across clinics, schools, childcare centres, and homes.

- Senior Speech Pathologists and Clinic Leads with 20+ years’ experience
- Weekly supervision + ongoing mentorship
- In-house training + external PD opportunities
- Strong Allied Health Assistant support
- Transparent pathways to mentor juniors and students as you progress
