An established general dental practice in Mosman, Perth is seeking an experienced Senior Dental Assistant to join its friendly and supportive team.
This is a great opportunity for a confident and reliable Dental Assistant looking for a long-term position within a well-established 3-chair practice with a loyal patient base and a strong focus on building lasting patient relationships.
About the Role Working across four days per week, you will play an important role in the smooth day-to-day running of the clinical environment, with responsibilities including:

- Chairside assisting across a broad range of general dental procedures
- Maintaining high standards of sterilisation and infection control
- Managing clinical stock levels and coordinating stock ordering
- Ensuring surgeries are prepared, organised and running efficiently
- Supporting the wider clinical team and contributing to a positive practice culture
- Building warm and qualified relationships with long-standing patients

We are looking for someone who:

- Has solid experience as a Dental Assistant, ideally within a senior capacity
- Is confident with stock management, ordering and inventory control




- Has current knowledge of infection control procedures and protocols
- Has experience with D4W or similar dental software – D4W knowledge is preferred
- Is reliable, organised and takes pride in their work
- Has excellent presentation and communication skills
- Is friendly, polite and patient-focused
- Is motivated to continue learning and developing professionally
- Is looking for a stable, long-term position and enjoys being part of a close-knit team
