Our client is seeking an Account Manager / Rehabilitation Consultant to join their Sydney team in a genuinely unique hybrid role that blends clinical delivery with strategic client growth.
This is not your typical rehab role.
You’ll split your time between delivering high-quality occupational rehabilitation services and managing key client relationships, driving growth, and identifying new opportunities across Workers Compensation, CTP, Comcare and private employer markets.

You’ll work closely with insurers, employers, brokers and internal clinical teams, positioning yourself as a trusted partner while making a real difference in workplace injury prevention and recovery outcomes.

What you will be doing:

- Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts, building strong relationships across insurers, employers, brokers and stakeholders
- Identify and drive new business opportunities, expanding service offerings across rehabilitation, mental health and prevention services
- Deliver professional proposals, reports, presentations and tenders to support business growth
- Manage sales pipelines from lead generation through to conversion,



contributing to revenue targets and KPIs
- Deliver occupational rehabilitation services including return to work planning, injury management and vocational support
- Provide corporate and prevention services such as training, health assessments and workplace-based initiatives (depending on your background)
- Communicate effectively with injured workers, employers and stakeholders to ensure positive and sustainable outcomes
- Act as a key escalation point for clients, ensuring service excellence and long-term partnerships
- Monitor referral trends, market activity and client performance to support strategic decision making
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless, high-quality service delivery

What You Will Need:

- Degree in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology or similar
- Relevant professional registration (AHPRA, ESSA or equivalent)
- Strong understanding of occupational rehabilitation and workplace injury schemes
- Experience or interest in account management, business development or stakeholder engagement
- Full driver’s license and access to a vehicle
