You will work across clinic and community settings, supported by an experienced OT team, centralised admin and a service model that prioritises quality therapy, sustainable workloads and genuine clinical development.

- Sustainable Workloads: Build up to a 25 billable hour weekly target and centralised admin support help keep your focus on quality therapy rather than high-volume appointments.
- Strong Clinical Support: Access structured onboarding, regular 1:1 clinical supervision, clinical shadowing, weekly discipline meetings and alternating fortnightly MDT meetings.
- Modern Clinic Base: Work from a well-equipped clinic with purpose built, individual and group therapy spaces

What You'll Be Doing:

You will deliver therapy across clinic and community settings, complete functional assessments, prescribe assistive technology and support clients with home modification needs. The role also includes NDIS documentation, goal setting, outcome reporting, MDT collaboration, peer learning and contribution to ongoing service development.

Structured Onboarding:

Requirements:

- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
- AHPRA registration
- Unrestricted working rights in Australia
- Drivers licence and own vehicle
