About the Role
We're working with several established and growing civil contractors across Southeast Queensland who are expanding their estimating and pre-contracts teams.
With significant project pipelines and continued tender activity, opportunities are available for experienced Civil Estimators and Senior Estimators across roads, water infrastructure, bulk earthworks, piling and urban development projects.
You'll work closely with delivery teams, subcontractors and suppliers to develop accurate estimates, competitive tender submissions and effective pricing strategies that contribute to securing and successfully delivering current projects.
Whether your background is in transport infrastructure, water, earthworks, piling or broader civil construction, we have multiple opportunities available with respected contractors across SEQ.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop detailed estimates and competitive tender submissions
- Analyse drawings, specifications and relevant tender documentation
- Complete quantity take-offs and source subcontractor and supplier pricing
- Contribute to construction methodologies, tender strategies and value engineering
- Work closely with Project Managers and delivery teams throughout the tender lifecycle
About You
- Previous experience as a Civil Estimator or Senior Estimator
- Experience across roads, water, bulk earthworks, piling or civil infrastructure
- Strong knowledge of civil construction methodologies and estimating processes
- Confident interpreting engineering drawings, specifications and tender documentation
- Strong commercial awareness with effective communication and stakeholder skills
